Garlic Lemon Roasted Asparagus

Another healthy appetizer today. I roasted some raw green asparagus into a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil. Then I add one crushed garlic cloves. When it was well roasted on all sides I gave a splash of lemon juice.

I ate them without any dipping sauce but my husband wanted a dipping so I did a laughing co dipping. It is easy to do. Just put 2 triangle of cheese into a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Then add some chilli flakes, mix and dip!

  1. I think I would have been like your husband! I wanna see the cheese dipping sauce. I like the idea of chili flakes. I often use paprika but I bet chili gives it a bit more punch.

    • That is the thing with an hungry husband. No time to take photos of the cheesy sauce 🙂 I agree paprika is a great option too. Actually any kind of spice could be good surprise !
