This Paleo Pizza is a meat-free pizza and gluten-free pizza made with the Cauliflower Pizza Crust recipe here . I prepared the cauliflower crust in the morning. I baked the crust following the recipe here. I stored the cooked crust on the bench top until dinner time. Then I topped the crust with the following pizza toppings fresh tomato sauce, flat mushrooms slices, grated mozzarella and fresh basil leaves.
I return the Vegetarian Pizza in warm oven at 220 C for 12 minutes until the topping ingredients were cooked. I really enjoy the cauliflower pizza crust because it is a grain free pizza, thin and crispy and the sides and easy to make. It is also a nice way to ‘hide’ lots of vegetable in a dish for kids who always love pizza. It is also a very low carb pizza and a perfect diabetic pizza recipe.
