This is a very easy healthy broccoli quiche recipe made with simple ingredients that you probably have in your fridge. All you need is:
Broccoli – boil or steam before adding in the crust. I also chop the broccoli in small pieces
Grated cheese – I love mozzarella or emmental
Coconut flour pie crust – keto + gluten free
This quiche is made on my favorite low carb pie crust, a 4 ingredients coconut flour crust. I recommend you prebake the crust 15 minutes for extra crispiness. It makes an easy low carb brunch or breakfast for the whole family. I stored the quiche in the fridge for 2 days and rewarm 10 minutes on a tray in a warm oven at 180C. You can also freeze this quiche for later to add into kids lunchbox.
