First, prepare the brownie. I did two batches of those healthy santa brownies using two different brownie recipes.
- A Vegan Santa Hat Brownie using a raw brownie recipe as a base recipe here.
- A Sugar Free and Gluten Free Santa Hat Brownie using my sugar free brownie recipe here.
Then, using a cookie cutter or a cake decorating pipping tool, shape small round about 1 cm thick and 3 cm diameter. Set aside on a plate. Add a tiny bit of agave syrup or brown rice syrup on top of each brownie circle to help the banana slice to stick on top.
I cut 1 cm thick banana slices. Add 1/4 teaspoon of coconut yogurt – or yogurt of your choice – on top of the banana slice and finally add the strawberry by slightly pressing on top of the yogurt. Note that I washed and dry the strawberries in absorbent paper before using. I also removed the green part with a sharp knife.
I decorated some of them with extra coconut yogurt on top, desiccated coconut and vegan chocolate chips to makes hat with eyes. A funny mix between hat and santa itself. This is the steps by steps picture to help you reproduce those simple and delicious healthy Santa hat brownies.
