A quick post about how to cut a grapefruit into sections to extract the pulp.It is particularly useful when you want to use grapefruit in a salad like in this grapefruit and mozarella salad or dessert.
1. Cut the grapefruit top and bottom.
2. Remove the skin by running the knife along the grapefruit. Make sure you remove all the white part that are a bit bitter.
3. Cut off each individual section by cutting between the sections skin.
4. At the end you can keep the unused skin to make juice by pressing it in your hand.
