My Goals & Rules

I always add my goals & rules right up front in my diet binder because it is what set up the ton (and success) of a diet. I designed 5 printable cards in this section. First one, a personal review of yourself to help you know a bit more about you where you are right now and what you want. It is a great card to see progress after 2 weeks too. Then, I designed 2 cards to track your 2 week goals and your daily goals – I recommend that you print one of this card per day. A clean eating quiz is also available to help you test your clean eating skills. Finally, the clean eating rules a major printable card that I always stick on my fridge to remind me my diet rules each time I reach the fridge for food.

Home Cleaning

I designed 2 cards in this section that contains steps by steps instructions to clean your fridge and pantry from the food you won’t eat during the clean eating challenge. This is very helpful to start a successful diet as the first step is really about cleaning all the food we are not supposed to eat from our sight and to rebuild a clean eating environment.

Week 1  Essential Shopping Lists

The week 1 Essential Shopping List contains 6 Essential Shopping List. There is 3 essential week 1 pantry shopping lists and 3 essential week 1 fridge shopping lists available. I created 3 version to suit all diet restriction. The first shopping list is a regular clean eating shopping list for people without diet restriction. The second shopping list is for people intolerant to gluten and it is a 100% gluten free shopping list. The third shopping list is for people intolerant to gluten and intolerant to lactose too. It is a 100% gluten free and dairy free shopping list. I recommend you start with the shopping lists that suit your diet restriction. You will use only 2 shopping list amongst the 6 shopping list provided during your week 1 : the essential pantry shopping list and the essential fridge shopping list. All the ingredients in the shopping lists are the one you need to buy to cook the week 1 recipes and to eat clean for the first week. Note that the list don’t mention the amount of food you have to shop at the store as you can choose to buy only for yourself or for the whole family.

Week 1 meal plan

I started the week 1 meal plan section with a simple organisation sheet that draw some simple steps to follow to successfully start your first week shopping and cooking. In this section, I also provides your first week clean eating menu. When recipes are simple – like for breakfast – I directly written the recipe in the meal plan table. If the recipe requires more steps and ingredients, I only written the recipe title on the meal plan table and the full steps-by-steps recipe is provided in the next section ‘Week 1 clean eating recipes’. I choose to add a color code to the table to makes things easier. The pink recipe titles means that the recipe will makes leftover. The green recipe titles means that you will use leftover.

The Week 2 clean eating recipes is what I call my week 2 cookbook. My clean eating helpers

I created “my clean eating helpers’ section to provide some extra printable cards that I found very helpful when I started cooking clean. You will find a cooking grain table to help you cook the grains perfectly with ratio of dry/cooked grains – heck! yes we are always very confused when it comes to cook rice or quinoa so this will definetly help you! I also added blank template of the week plan or recipe card for everyone looking to continue the clean challenge after the 2 weeks. A unit conversion table is also provided for your future cooking experience and to help you easily convert a clean eating recipe you found on the web into US standard unit. helpers

Recipe binders

I designed 2o elegant and chic recipe binders – section pages – to create your own clean eating cookbook at home. I personally love to print my favorite clean eating recipes – sorry but yes I found it easier to look at a printed recipe in my kitchen than a screen. It makes my life easier to have all my clean eating recipes stored in the same place and those elegant recipe binders are definitely the most beautiful way to organize my recipes.recipe binder

How to Craft a Pretty Binder & my favorite craft supplies

1- Chose the right binder folder

I love metal 2 rings binder folder in natural recycled milk cartons. The recycled milk cartons is a great neutral color that you can decorate with elegant and chic gold stickers.

2- Divider & section organisation

I always design an elegant cover page for each section in my printable which makes things prettier and easy to organize with dividers. I recommend to add a divider before each section pages and I love to use poly transparent divider – it won’t hide the pretty section cover page compared to cardboard dividers.

3- Tags

I recommend to use a Dymo label maker to print resistant plastic tags to stick on the divider tabs. I often use my binder in the kitchen with sticky hands and it is great to have plastic tags to navigate through the binder section. dymo labels

4- Print the document

I always open my document in Adobe reader as it is a PDF file and set up the printing size to US letter 8.5″ x 11″. For a higher color definition I print my printable ages at my local printing station and it cost barely $ 30 to print 90 pages. Also I hole-punch all the clean eating binder worksheets and file it in the front except for the recipe sheets that I like to protect with hole-zip pouch. It is optional, but again I love having my binder with me in the kitchen and I often have sticky wet fingers when cooking 🙂

I checked the email you used on Gumroad and you entered a wrong email adress. It says that this email does not exist.
