Flour Tortillas (2-Ingredients)

INGREDIENTS

Flour Tortillas – White Wheat Flour – Lukewarm Water

Add the flour to a large mixing bowl. Gradually pour lukewarm water while kneading your 2-ingredient flour batter.

Roll the flour tortilla dough into a large cylinder and cut it with a knife into 12 balls of the same size.

You can optionally weigh each ball to make sure they have the right size. They should measure about 70g or 2.5 ounces.

Roll each 2-ingredient flour tortilla ball on a floured work area into a round disc of about 4 inches in diameter.

Place the flour tortillas on a hot non-stick pan and cook them for 90 seconds before flipping and cooking for another 30 to 45 minutes.
