Easy Tortilla Recipe
Flour Tortillas – 2 cups White Wheat Flour – ¾ cup Lukewarm Water
Add the flour to a large mixing bowl. Gradually pour lukewarm water while kneading.
Adjust the texture of the flour tortilla dough with more water if too dry, or more flour if too wet.
Knead the dough either with your hands or with the hook attachment of a stand mixer.
Form a large 2-ingredient flour tortilla dough ball when you have the right texture.
Divide the flour tortilla dough ball into 4 smaller balls of a similar size. Sprinkle some additional flour on them.
Flatten each ball into a tortilla shape. You can use a saucepan lid to make a perfect circle.
Place each tortilla on a pancake pan and cook them for 90 seconds on the first side.
Flip the flour tortilla and let it cook for another 90 seconds until it puffs like a ball.
