Easy Recipe
3-Ingredient Pie Crust - All-Purpose Flour – Butter – Iced Water
Pour the flour and cold butter into a high-speed food processor. Pulse the 3-Ingredient Pie Crust batter until pea-size butter pieces form.
1
Process on medium speed and gradually add iced water, scooping a tablespoon from a bowl filled with water and ice cubes.
2
When the batter makes tiny crumbly pieces of dough, it's ready to be prepared. Form a dough ball that is soft and comes together
3
Divide the 3-Ingredient Pie Crust dough into two even balls and wrap each of them in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4
Flatten the 3-Ingredient Pie Crust dough balls into a 12-inch circle with a rolling pin. Use a bit of flour to make it easier.
5
Place the rolled 3-Ingredient Pie Crust dough onto the greased pie pans and help it get to the bottom of the edges.
6
Flute the edges of the pie crust by pinching the dough inside and outside of the vertical edges.
7
Prick the 3-ingredient pie crust bottom with a fork. Place pie weights all over the bottom or dry beans.
8
Pre-bake the pie crust for 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C) before adding any warm filling like quiche or pumpkin pie filling.
