3-Ingredient Steak Marinade – Olive Oil – Worcestershire Sauce – Red Wine Vinegar OPTIONAL – Italian Herbs – Minced Garlic
In a small bowl, whisk all the 3-Ingredient Steak Marinade ingredients together: Olive Oil, Worcestershire Sauce, Red Wine Vinegar, and the optional Italian Herbs and Minced Garlic
Place the meat in a shallow bowl or in a zip-lock bag and pour the marinade over it. Film the bowl with plastic wrap or seal the bag firmly.
Place the meat in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and no more than 24 hours. Remove from the marinade and place on a hot grill or barbecue.
