Proof the yeast by pouring it in water (90˚F to 95˚F) with maple syrup (it'll go away, don't worry).
Combine the dry bread ingredients in a bowl: almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder.
In another bowl, add the whole eggs, egg whites, and olive oil.
Beat the egg mixture with an electric beater for 60 seconds until smooth.
Pour the proofed yeast mixture into the egg mixture and combine it again
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry keto almond flour bread ingredients.
Pour the Almond Flour Bread batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes then place it in the oven at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
