DRY INGREDIENTS – 1 cup Almond Flour – 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder – ½ cup Erythritol – ½ tsp Baking Powder – ½ tsp Xanthan Gum WET INGREDIENTS – 5.25 oz 85% Dark Chocolate – ½ cup Melted Coconut Oil – 1 tsp Vanilla Extract - 3 eggs or 3 tbsp Ground Chia Seeds + ½ cup Lukewarm Water
Combine the dry almond flour brownies ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix the dry brownies ingredients with a whisk until all the lumps of flour are broken.
Combine chopped dark chocolate and melted coconut oil. Microwave for 60-90 seconds and whisk.
Pour the melted sugar-free chocolate onto the dry almond flour ingredients.
Pour the eggs or chia egg and stir the almond flour brownie batter until well combined.
Spread the almond flour brownie batter in a square baking pan lined with baking paper.
Bake the almond flour brownies for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C).
Decorate the low-carb brownies with a drizzle of melted dark chocolate.
Slice the almond flour brownies into 16 squares. Let them cool down for 20 minutes.
