Combine the dry almond flour muffin ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Whisk the dry ingredients until evenly mixed.
Combine the wet low-carb muffins in a bowl. Beat the eggs first and then add the rest.
Fold the dry almond flour chocolate chip muffins ingredients into the wet.
Add sugar-free chocolate chips to the almond flour muffin batter.
Scoop 1/4 cup of muffin batter and fill a 12-muffin tray lined with muffin cases.
Add a few more chocolate chips and bake for 22-25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Cool the muffins down for 10 minutes in the pan and 30 minutes on a cooling rack.
