Almond Flour Crackers – 1 cup Almond Flour – 1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal – 3 tbsp Water SPICES (OPTIONAL) – ¼ tsp Salt – ¼ tsp Garlic Powder – ¼ tsp Ground Paprika – ¼ tsp Onion Powder – ⅛ tsp Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp Cumin
Combine all the dry Almond Flour Crackers ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add the water to the dry keto cracker ingredients and combine with a wooden spoon.
Form a large, uniform almond flour dough ball with your hands. Press it on the benchtop.
Flatten the almond flour cracker dough with a rolling pin between two sheets of parchment paper.
Form a large rectangle of dough and slice it into 14 rectangles of a similar size.
Slide the parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake it at 350°F (180°C) for 12 minutes.
Cool the almond flour crackers down for 30 minutes and serve with cheese, gherkins, or keto dips.
