Almond Flour Pound Cake – 5 Eggs – ¾ cup Granulated Sweetener of Choice – ½ cup Melted Coconut Oil – 3 cups Almond Flour – 1 tbsp Baking Powder – ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract YOGURT GLAZING – 1 cup Sugar-free Powdered Sweetener – 2-4 tbsp Greek Yogurt
Combine the eggs, crystal sweetener, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and almond milk in a stand mixer bowl.
Whisk the liquid almond flour pound cake ingredient with the paddle attachment until slightly foamy.
Add the almond flour and baking powder to the wet almond flour pound cake ingredients.
Stir the pound cake batter with a spatula or the paddle attachment until it is wet and slightly thick.
Pour the Almond Flour Pound Cake batter into a loaf pan lined with lightly oiled parchment paper.
