Tortilla Base – 1 cup Almond Flour – 3 tbsp Whole Psyllium Husk – ¼ tsp Salt – ½ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil – ½ cup Lukewarm OPTIONAL SPICES – ¼ tsp Ground Paprika – ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
Combine all the almond flour tortilla ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add the water and knead the dough with your hands.
Form a large almond flour dough ball with your hands.
Cutting the dough ball into four smaller balls
Cover each dough ball with parchment paper, flatten them manually then with a rolling pin.
Form tortillas out of the rolled almond flour dough by using a saucepan lid to cut.
Cook each almond flour tortilla in a pan for 2 to 3 minutes.
Flip the tortillas and cook them for another minute on the other side.
Save the almond flour tortillas on a plate and eat with your favorite keto fillings.
