INGREDIENTS

Avocado Mayo - Avocado – Avocado Oil – Water – Lemon Juice – Dijon Mustard – Salt OPTIONAL – Garlic Clove

Open the avocado, scoop out the flesh, and remove any black spots. Place 1 cup of avocado flesh in a food processor with the remaining ingredients.

Process on medium speed until smooth. Add more water to thin out the texture. If chunks appear, stop the food processor, scrape the sides, and process again until smooth.
