CREPE BATTER – White Wheat Flour – Eggs – Salt – Vanilla Extract – White Sugar – Milk – Unsalted Butter
Combine the following French Crepe ingredients in a large bowl: flour, eggs, salt, vanilla extract, melted butter, and sugar if used.
Use a whisk or an electric beater to whisk the batter while gradually incorporating the milk to make a runny crepe batter. Keep beating until there's no more flour lumps.
Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of French crepe batter onto the pan over medium-high heat, then tip and rotate the pan to spread the batter as thinly as possible.
Cook the French crepe for about 1-2 minutes on one side before sliding a spatula under and flipping it to cook the other side for another minute.
