Blueberry Cream Cheese - Cream Cheese – Blueberries – Crystal Sweetener – Lemon Juice – Vanilla extract OPTIONAL – Lemon Zest
In a non-stick saucepan, add the blueberries (fresh or frozen), sweetener of choice, and lime juice.

Cook over medium-high heat until it simmers and vigorous bubbles form in the saucepan. Stir once in a while and use a potato masher to mash the berries while cooking.

In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, vanilla, and lime zest, if used. Set aside while you are making the blueberry sauce

Use an electric beater, or the whisk attachment of a stand mixer to beat the mixture for about 1 minute or until a nice purple color forms and well incorporated.

Transfer the Blueberry Cream Cheese mixture into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight before using
