INGREDIENTS

Brussels Sprouts Chips – Brussels Sprouts – Olive Oil – Paprika – Cumin – Sea Salt – Black Pepper

Cut each Brussels sprout stem and peel off the outer leaves. You won't use the core of the Brussels Sprouts for the chips, but you can make my Mustard Brussels Sprouts with them

Toss the outer leaves of the Brussels Sprouts in a bowl with the Brussels Sprouts Chips spices and oil: olive oil, paprika, cumin, sea salt, and black pepper.

Place the Brussels Sprout leaves with as little overlap as possible in an Air Fryer basket and cook them for 10 to 12 minutes until they are crispy as chips.
