Cassava Bread – Cassava Flour – Almond Flour – Baking Powder – Eggs – Olive Oil – Lukewarm Water – Salt – Garlic Powder – Italian Dried Herbs
Combine all the Cassava Bread wet ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer.
Beat with the whisk attachment until light and fluffy.
Pour the dry cassava bread ingredients into the egg mixture.
Gently combine the cassava batter with a wooden spoon.
Stop mixing when the cassava bread batter is thin and runny.
Pour the Cassava Bread batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake the cassava bread for 40-45 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C).
