INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower Casserole – 1 large Cauliflower Head CHEESE SAUCE – 9 oz Cream Cheese – ½ cup Heavy Cream – 1 tsp Garlic Powder – ½ tsp Onion Powder – ½ tsp Salt – 2 cups Shredded Cheddar – ¼ cup Dill – 9 oz Bacon Slices

Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets. Steam it in a steamer until tender.

Fry bacon slices in a large cast-iron saucepan for 3 minutes. Save a third of the bacon for later.

Pour the heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt into the saucepan.

Stir the Loaded Cauliflower sauce until all the butter has melted and the sauce is thick.

Add the chopped dill and half the shredded cheddar cheese to the cauliflower casserole sauce.

When the cheddar has melted, pour the cooked cauliflower florets into the sauce and stir.

Transfer the low-carb cauliflower casserole into a large 9x13-inch  baking dish.

Cover the Cauliflower Casserole with the rest of the fried bacon shredded cheese.

Bake the low-carb cauliflower casserole for 15-20 minutes at 425°F (220°C).
