Cilantro Garlic Sauce – 3 cups Cilantro – ¼ cup Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons Parmesan – 3 Garlic Cloves – 1 tablespoon Lime Juice – ¼ teaspoon Salt
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or food chopper – keep the cilantro stems and leaves.
Process the cilantro garlic sauce on medium speed, stop the food processor a few times, and scrape down the sides of the jug bowl with a silicone spatula.
Repeat until the cilantro garlic sauce is smooth. Add more lime juice to increase tangy flavor and up to 2-3 tablespoons of extra olive oil if difficult to blend.
