Cucumber Salad – English Cucumbers or Sweet Cucumbers – Salt – Sour Cream – Mayonnaise – Dijon Mustard – Fresh Dill – Erythritol – Lemon Juice – Garlic Clove – Ground Pepper
Peel the Cucumbers either fully or partially depending on the texture you prefer.
Cut the English Cucumbers into 1/4-inch thick slices. Sprinkle salt on the cucumber slices.
Toss the slices to evenly distribute the salt. Let them sweat for 15-20 minutes.
Chop the fresh dill finely, crush the garlic clove, and squeeze the lemon juice.
Combine all the Cucumber Salad dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Pour the Salad Dressing on the sliced cucumbers. Toss the cucumber salad to combine.
Serve the Cucumber Salad after leaving it for 60 minutes in the fridge.
