Oat Flour Pancakes – Oat Flour – Baking Powder – Granulated Sweetener WET INGREDIENTS – Eggs – Unsweetened Almond Milk – Melted Coconut Oil – Vanilla Extract

Combine the dry oat flour pancake ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the almond milk, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla and whisk the batter to combine it.


Ladle 1/4 cup of oat flour pancake batter onto a hot pancake skillet with a touch of vegetable oil.


Flip the dairy-free oat flour pancakes after 2 minutes of cooking and let them cook for another minute on that side until they are golden brown.


Serve the oat flour pancakes with a drizzle of maple syrup, fresh berries like raspberries or blueberries, and a touch of natural, runny peanut butter.
