Keto Jambalaya – Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Onion – Red Bell Pepper – Green Bell Pepper – Jalapeno Peppers – Celery – Cloves Garlic – Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast  – Andouille Sausage  – Diced Tomatoes – Salt – Dried Basil – Dried Oregano – Chicken Broth – Cauliflower Rice – Shrimps  – Cajun Seasoning

Combine the vegetables, diced chicken, and diced sausage in a cast-iron pan.

Stir until the Keto Jambalaya meat is covered in spices.

Add the canned tomato puree, Cajun spices, basil, and oregano to the jambalaya meat.

Add the cauliflower rice to the keto jambalaya meat and stir to combine.
