Combine the vegetables, diced chicken, and diced sausage in a cast-iron pan.
Stir until the Keto Jambalaya meat is covered in spices.
Add the canned tomato puree, Cajun spices, basil, and oregano to the jambalaya meat.
Add the cauliflower rice to the keto jambalaya meat and stir to combine.
Add the peeled and deveined shrimps and the chicken stock to the Jambalaya.
Serve the Keto Jambalaya with cauliflower rice on the side.
