Cauliflower Casserole – Cauliflower Head CHEESE SAUCE – Cream Cheese – Heavy Cream – Garlic Powder – Onion Powder – Salt – Shredded Cheddar – Dill – Bacon Slices
Wash and cut the cauliflower head into bite-size florets. Steam it in a steamer until it's tender and soft.
Fry the bacon slices in a large cast-iron saucepan or Dutch oven for 3 minutes. Save a third of the bacon for later.
Pour the heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt over the bacon into the Dutch oven.
Stir the Loaded Cauliflower Casserole sauce until all the butter has melted and the sauce is thick.
Add the chopped dill and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the cauliflower casserole sauce and stir again.
When the cheddar has fully melted, pour the cooked cauliflower florets into the sauce and stir it to incorporate.
Transfer the easy cauliflower casserole into a large 9-inch x 13-inch ceramic baking dish that fits your oven.
Cover the Cauliflower Casserole with the rest of the fried bacon and the remaining shredded cheese.
Bake the easy cauliflower casserole for 15 to 20 minutes at 425°F (220°C). You know it's cooked when the cheese is broiled.
