Before cooking the cauliflower on the gas or electric barbecue, wrap some charcoal in aluminum foil.
Punch holes in the charcoal foil to let the smoky flavors escape and cover the cauliflower.
Place the cauliflower on the barbecue grill and turn it on. Smoke the cauliflower for 60-90 minutes.
