INGREDIENTS

– Head of Cauliflower  MARINADE – Olive Oil – Liquid Sweetener – Smoked Paprika – Cumin – Garlic Powder – Ground Pepper – Sea Salt – Yellow Mustard – Tomato Paste

Mix the marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl: Olive oil, sweetener, spices, mustard, tomato paste.

Stop whisking the smoked cauliflower marinade when fully blended and paste-like.

Cover the whole, steamed cauliflower with the marinade.

Make sure to brush the marinade all around the cauliflower, including the stems and between florets.

Before cooking the cauliflower on the gas or electric barbecue, wrap some charcoal in aluminum foil.

Punch holes in the charcoal foil to let the smoky flavors escape and cover the cauliflower.

Place the cauliflower on the barbecue grill and turn it on. Smoke the cauliflower for 60-90 minutes.
