Edamame Hummus – Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Garlic Cloves – Tahini – Olive Oil – Lemon Juice – Edamame – Salt – Ground Pepper – Cumin – Cilantro or Flat Parsley – Iced Water
In a food processor or the jug of a high-speed blender, add the olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic.
Process or blend the liquid edamame hummus base on medium speed for 30 seconds until creamy.
Add the thawed edamame, salt, pepper, cumin, and cilantro or Italian Parsley to the blender and blend again.
If too thick to your liking, keep processing while adding some iced water gradually until it reaches your favorite texture.
