Combine all the Egg Crepes ingredients in the jug of a high-speed blender before blending them to reach a creamy and smooth batter.

Pour 1/3 of a cup of Egg Crepes batter using a measuring cup onto a crepe pan or pancake griddle that has been greased with oil or butter.
As you pour the crepe batter, tilt the pan in a circular motion to cover its entire surface with the batter.
Cook the Egg Crepes for 2 to 3 minutes initially before peeling off the edges and sliding a spatula to flip them for another minute of cooking on the other side.
