In another bowl, beat the eggs with a fork, then add the flour along with milk, vanilla, and oil. Whisk well to combine and form a slightly thick batter.
Spray cooking oil on the iron plate and fill the plates with waffle batter. Close the iron and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
