Greek Chicken Marinade - Lemon Juice – Olive Oil – Onion Powder – Garlic Cloves – Black Pepper – Fresh Rosemary – Fresh Thyme – Fresh Mint – Fresh Parsley – Fresh Oregano – Sea Salt – Lemon Zest – Chicken Breast
In a mixing bowl, combine all the Greek Chicken Marinade ingredients. Make sure they are finely chopped.
Stir the Greek Chicken Marinade ingredients with a spoon until they are well combined. Place the chicken breast fillets in a Ziplock bag.
Add the Greek chicken marinade to the bag, massage the meat, and leave the bag in the fridge for 1 to 12 hours.
Remove the chicken breast from the marinade and cook it in avocado oil in a large frying pan until the internal meat temperature reaches 160°F-165°F.
