Greek Salad Recipe - Cucumber – Cherry Tomatoes – Red Onion – Green Bell Pepper – Kalamata Olives – Feta GREEK SALAD DRESSING – Olive Oil – Red Wine Vinegar – Dried Oregano – Dijon Mustard – Garlic Cloves – Pepper – Salt
Peel the cucumber, cut it in half, then scrape out the center. Cut the cucumber into half-moons. Slice the red onion along with halved cherry tomatoes. Add the feta.

In a small bowl, whisk all the Greek salad dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over the vegetable and toss to combine.
