Greek Yogurt Protein Pancakes – Greek Yogurt – Milk – Egg – Vanilla Protein Powder – Old-Fashioned Oats – Crystal Sweetener Of Choice – Baking Powder – Cinnamon
In a high-speed blender, add all the ingredients: egg, milk, Greek yogurt, oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder.
Blend on high speed until the batter is lightly thick and smooth. Warm a pancake griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease the surface with cooking oil spray.
Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes until it dries out on the sides. Flip it and cook an extra minute on the other side.
