INGREDIENTS

– 1/2 cup Tomato Puree – 1/2 cup Tomato Paste  – 3 Onions – 2 tbsp Erythritol – 1-2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 Garlic Clove  – 1/2 tso Ground Paprika – 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano  – 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Salt

Cook the onions

In a saucepan under medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the finely chopped onions, garlic, and paprika.

Add Tomato Paste

Reduce to low heat and stir in the tomato paste and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 1-2 minutes while constantly stirring with a spoon or spatula.

Add Tomato Paste

Stir in the tomato puree, sugar-free crystal sweetener, and dried oregano. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 more minutes until the liquid thickens.

Blend the Ketchup

Remove from heat and using an immersion mixer, blend until smooth.
