INGREDIENTS

– 4 large Eggs – 4 oz Cream Cheese – 1 ⅓ cup Almond Flour – 2 tbsp Erythritol  – 1 tsp Vanilla Essence – ¼ cup Almond Milk – 1 tbsp Butter

Combine Ingredients

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed until creamy and smooth.

Pour into Bowl

It shouldn't take more than 45 seconds to create a smooth keto crepe batter. Pour the batter into a mixing bowl rest for 5 minutes.

Pour Batter into Pan

Pour 1/3 cup of batter into the pan, then tip and rotate the pan fast to spread the batter as thinly as possible.

Tilt Pan

Tilt the pan in various directions to let the batter cover it completely

Cook and Flip

Cook gently, for about 2-3 minutes or until the edges dry out, and it's easy to peel off the sides with your fingers and flip it over.

Serve

Serve with sugar-free monk fruit syrup, keto jam, or almond butter.
