Combine the two keto cookies ingredients in a large mixing bowl: natural peanut butter and a large cold egg.
Use a silicone spatula to combine the Keto 2-Ingredient Cookies batter with a silicone spatula until it's thick and well combined.
Oil your hands to divide the keto 2-ingredient cookie batter into 11 balls of the same size and place the on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten the keto 2-ingredient cookies with the palm of your hands before using a fork to form a classic crisscross pattern on top of them.
Bake the Keto 2-Ingredient Cookies for 12 to 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) before cooling them down for 15 minutes on the sheet and another 15 on a cooling rack.
