Whisk dry ingredients in a mixing bowl: coconut flour, baking powder, erythrtiol.
Combine the blueberry muffin wet ingredients: eggs, vanilla, coconut oil, coconut cream.
Whisk the keto muffin wet ingredients. Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients.
Whisk the keto blueberry muffin batter until it is consistent, smooth with no lumps.
Pour the fresh blueberries into the keto blueberry muffin batter. Whisk to distribute them.
Scooping keto muffin batter into muffin cups with an ice cream scoop.
Add a couple of fresh blueberries on top of each of the keto blueberry muffins.
Bake the keto blueberry muffins for 25-35 minutes in an oven preheated to 355°F (180°C).
Cool the keto blueberry muffins down on a cooling rack.
