DRY INGREDIENTS – 1 ¼ cup Almond Flour – ¼ cup Coconut Flour – ¼ cup Psyllium Husk – ½ tsp Salt – 2 tsp Baking Powder WET INGREDIENTS – 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 tbsp Olive Oil – 1 cup Water TOPPINGS – 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl add all the Keto Bread Rolls dry ingredients first: almond flour, coconut flour, whole psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
Add Wet Ingredients
Add apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and stir in the hot water. Combine for 1 minute with a spatula, the water will absorb gradually.
The mixture will dry out enough to create the bread dough. It should stay a bit soft and sticky, that is normal,
Make a Ball
Form a Keto Bread Roll Dough Ball with the batter. It should be moist and with a soft texture.
Form Small Rolls
Set aside 10 minutes to let the fiber absorb the liquid. The dough should be elastic, soft, and easy to divide into 6 small balls.
Transfer to Baking Sheet
Roll each small Keto Bread Rolls between your hands and place them one by one on the baking tray.
Bake Bread Rolls
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180°C (375°F). I recommend you place the tray at the bottom of the oven for 30 minutes at the top for an extra 10-15 minutes.
