INGREDIENTS

Keto Chia Pudding – 3 tbsp Chia seeds – 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk – 1 tbsp Erythritol Optional Flavorings – 1 ½ tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Or – 2 tbsp Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut – 3 tbsp Sugar-free Chocolate Chips Or – 2-3 tbsp Lime Juice

Combine the Chia Seeds, Sweetener, Unsweetened Almond Milk in a glass mason jar.

For a plain pudding, close the lid of the jar and shake the Keto Chia Pudding until all the ingredients are well distributed.

For a flavored keto chia seed pudding, add the other ingredients to the jar and shake it until blended.

Leave the Keto Chia Seed Pudding overnight in the fridge and decorate with raspberries and peanut butter.
