INGREDIENTS

TO TENDER THE MEAT – 2 tbsp White Vinegar – ⅓ cup Water – ½ tsp Salt EGG WASH – 1 large Egg – 2 tbsp Heavy Cream NUGGETS – 1 lb Chicken Breast – 1 cup Almond Flour – ¼ cup Grated Parmesan  – ½ tsp Salt – ¼ tsp Garlic Powder – ¼ tsp Onion Powder – ¼ tsp Dried oregano – ½ tsp Ground paprika – ½ tsp Pepper

Cut Chicken Breasts and pour Vinegar, Water, and Salt to tender the meat.

Cover the chicken with tenderizing marinade and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Prepare the egg wash mixture with 1 egg and heavy cream. Whisk  to combine.

Combine the Chicken Nuggets coating ingredients in a bowl.

Dip each chicken piece into the egg wash and in the nugget coating.

Cook the Keto Chicken Nuggets in a frying pan for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
