Combine the liquid coating ingredients and dip the thinly sliced chicken tenderloins for at least 5 minutes.
In another shallow bowl, combine all the dry keto chicken tender ingredients. Grind the blanched almonds if you use whole almonds.
Coat the keto chicken tenderloin with the low-carb mock breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
