KETO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Melted Chocolate

Add sugar-free chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl. Heat up in Microwave until soft.

Stir Chocolate

Stir the melted chocolate. Careful, it might be hot!

Preparing the egg mixture

Add the egg, erythritol, vanilla essence, baking powder, and salt. Mix them for about 20 seconds.

Pour and mix

Pour the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Mix until it thickens.

Add flour & cocoa powder

Add the almond flour and the unsweetened Cocoa Powder. Combine until fully incorporated.

Add choc chips

Add chocolate chips or pecan nuts. Stir until they are coated.

Scoop

Scoop the dough with a spoon. Place on a baking sheet. Flatten with a spoon.

Bake

Bake cookies for 10-14 minutes in an oven preheated at 370F/180C. Cool down on the baking tray for 10 minutes Cool down on cookie tray for another 10 minutes
