Melt Chocolate
Add sugar-free chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl. Heat up in Microwave until soft.

Stir Melted Chocolate
Stir the sugar-free melted chocolate chips with coconut oil until you get a consistent texture. Careful, it might be hot!

Preparing the Egg Mixture
Add the egg, erythritol, vanilla essence, baking powder, and salt. Mix them for about 20 seconds.

Pour and Mix
Pour the melted sugar-free chocolate into the egg and sweetener mixture. Mix until it thickens.

Add Flour & Cocoa Powder
Add the almond flour and the unsweetened Cocoa Powder to the Keto Chocolate Cookies Batter. Combine until fully incorporated.

Scoop the dough with a spoon. Place on a baking sheet. Flatten the Keto Chocolate Cookies with a spoon.

Bake cookies for 10-14 minutes in an oven preheated at 370F/180C. Cool down on the baking tray for 10 minutes and on the cookie tray for another 10 minutes.
