Chocolate Covered Strawberries

INGREDIENTS

Chocolate Covered Strawberries  – 1.2 lbs Strawberries – 1 cup Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips – 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil

Wash the fresh strawberries and dry them well with some absorbent paper.

Combine the Sugar-free Chocolate Chips with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave the low-carb chocolate chips for  30 seconds until melted. Stir with a silicone spatula.

Repeat the melting and stirring with the sugar-free white chocolate chips.

Insert a toothpick in the strawberry and roll them in the melted chocolate until well covered.

Place all the Keto Chocolate Covered Strawberries on a plate covered with parchment paper.

Decorate the chocolate strawberries with crushed almonds, shredded coconut and melted white chocolate.

Leave the Keto Chocolate Strawberries in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
