– 1 large Egg  – 2 tbsp Almond Milk  – 1 tbsp Coconut Oil  – ½ tsp Vanilla extract – 2 tbsp Erythritol – ½ tsp Baking Powder  – 2 tbsp Almond Flour – 1 tbsp Coconut Flour – 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder – 1 tbsp Sugar-free Chocolate Chips

Combine Wet Ingredients

In a small mixing bowl, whisk egg, melted coconut oil, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla extract.

Add Dry Ingredients

Stir in almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, erythritol, unsweetened cocoa powder.
