INGREDIENTS

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge  – 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter – ⅓ cup Coconut Oil – ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – ¼ cup Powdered Erythritol OPTIONAL – ¼ tsp Salt – ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Combine Peanut Butter and Coconut Oil in a bowl. Microwave 30-60 seconds.

Add the Vanilla Extract and combine the Peanut Butter mixture.

Pour the Cocoa Powder, Powdered Erythritol, and Salt. Stir until well combined.

Pour the keto fudge mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
