Keto Chocolate Pie – 1 Almond Flour Pie Crust – 14 oz Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips – 1 ¼ cup Heavy Cream – ⅓ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk – 3 tbsp Butter – 2 tsp Vanilla Extract – 2 large Eggs TOPPING - OPTIONAL – 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream – ¼ cup Powdered Erythritol
Prepare the low-carb Almond Flour Pie Crust. Prebake the crust for 15 minutes.
Combine the heavy cream, butter, and unsweetened almond milk in a saucepan.
Bring the milk to a boil and stir the sugar-free chocolate chips into the saucepan.
Take the pan out of the heat and whisk the Keto Chocolate Ganache until it's creamy and shiny.
Pour in the Vanilla Extract and stir the ganache after adding each egg until it's thick.
Pour the Keto Chocolate Ganache onto the Low-Carb Almond Flour Pie Crust.
Bake the Keto Chocolate Pie for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 250°F (120°C).
