Keto Chocolate Bars – 4.5 oz Cocoa Butter – 1 tbsp Sugar-free Powdered Sweetener – ½ tsp Chocolate-flavored Stevia Drops – ¼ teaspoon Salt – 1.4 oz Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Melt the Cocoa Butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Stir regularly with a silicone spatula.
When the Cocoa Butter has partially melted, stir in the stevia drops, powdered sweetener, and salt.
Let the Cocoa Butter boil and reach 250°F (121°C) to fully dissolve the erythritol.
Remove from the heat and pour the unsweetened cocoa powder. Stir with a silicone spatula.
Pour the hot homemade keto chocolate into two silicone molds and freeze for 10 minutes.
Remove from the freezer, flip the molds and release the keto chocolate bars.
