INGREDIENTS

– 6 oz Bacon – 2 Chicken Breasts – 3 large Eggs – 1 large Avocado – 6 cups Romaine Lettuce – ⅓ cup Cherry Tomatoes – ⅓ cup Red Onion – 4 oz Blue Roquefort Cheese – 2 tbsp Chives KETO COBB SALAD DRESSING – 1 batch Keto Ranch Salad Dressing

Cook the Eggs

Cook hard-boiled eggs, cool down in cold water, peel, and cut in quarters. Set aside in a bowl.

Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp - about 5 minutes, then cool down on a plate covered with absorbent paper.

Prepare the Dressing

Meanwhile, prepare the salad dressing. Add all the dressing ingredients to a mason jar, close the lid and shake vigorously to combine.

Chop the Lettuce

Wash the lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Chop lettuce in pieces.

Assemble the Salad

Place the Lettuce, Shredded Chicken, Boiled-eggs, Bacon, Avocado, Tomatoes, Onion, Roquefort cheese, and chives.

Add Dressing

Drizzle the Keto Ranch Salad Dressing on the salad.
